Branding and Collateral
As Western Canada’s largest homebuilder and parent company for multiple builder sub-brands, Qualico Corporation sought to better define it’s core value proposition and create a unique and cohesive visual brand expression that would differentiate it from it’s competitors, breathe life into the Qualico name, and provide a cohesive identity around which their partners, customers, and employees could rally around.
Driven by a new manifesto entitled Building to a Higher Standard, the visual direction for the new brand is all about showing how Qualico’s values are manifest in the very things they make and the materials they work with.
Since the brand look and feel was created, it has been more wholly defined through a large brand guidelines that I designed and is in the process of being spun out into a new corporate website.
