Qualico Communities, a land and residential community development company primarily based in Western Canada, needed a website that not only delivered it’s high-level brand proposition We Create What We Believe In in a compelling way, but was flexible enough to serve multiple audience types (home buyers, existing customers and potential business partners) across multiple regions in Canada and the United States.
